These terms apply between you (the person or organization on your booking form) and DDC, the organizer of the event specified on your booking form (“Event”). By submitting your registration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, DDC cannot accept your registration.

Registration Confirmation

Your registration is an offer to attend the Event and becomes binding only when DDC sends written confirmation. Contact DDC if you do not receive confirmation within 5 days. DDC reserves the right to refuse any registration.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay the fees listed on your booking form in full, no later than 48 hours before the Event. DDC may deny access if payment is not received. Discounts must be applied at registration, cannot be combined, and are subject to approval. Prices may change, but confirmed registrations are protected. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Cancellation and Substitutions

Cancellations 30 days or more before the Event receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee. No refunds are given for cancellations 29 days or less, or for no-shows. Employee substitutions are allowed; registrations are personal and non-transferable.

Event Changes or Cancellation

DDC may change the format, content, venue, or speakers of the Event at any time without liability. If the Event is rescheduled, your registration will transfer automatically unless you opt out within 21 days of notification. Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) may also cause changes or rescheduling; your fees will apply to the rearranged Event, and DDC is not liable for losses.

Code of Conduct

You must comply with DDC’s instructions and Code of Conduct. DDC may refuse or remove any attendee at its discretion.

Photography and Recording

By attending, you consent to DDC recording and using multimedia of the Event, including your participation, for marketing and promotional purposes. DDC owns all rights to these recordings.

​

Data Privacy

Your information may be stored, shared with DDC affiliates or third parties, and used for promotional purposes in accordance with applicable law. More details are available in DDC’s privacy policy.

Liability

DDC is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or economic losses at the Event. DDC’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid.

​

Miscellaneous
Force Majeure suspends DDC obligations without liability. These terms may be updated; your registration is governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.

Governing Law
The governing law depends on the Event location:

• USA: New York State law, New York courts.

• UAE: Dubai law, Dubai courts.

• Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabian law, courts of Riyadh.

• Elsewhere: English law, English courts.

 

Activities Disclaimer
Participation in Event activities is at your own risk. You are responsible for your fitness, health, and safety. DDC is not liable for injuries or losses related to activities.
