Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions establish the rights and obligations between DDC Financial Group s.r.o., a company registered under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Bohušovická 230/12, Střížkov, 190 00 Prague, Identification Number 039 45 839, registered with the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 239933 ("DDC Financial Group"), and any individual, company, or entity ("Participant") who registers themselves or their attendees for a conference/forum/summit organized by DDC Financial Group ("Event").

  2. Registration for the Summit ("Registration") can be completed by filling out the online registration form available on DDC Financial Group's websites ("Registration Form" and "DDC websites"). The Registration is considered complete when either (i) the Participant fills out the Registration Form and submits it to DDC Financial Group, or (ii) DDC Financial Group fills out the Registration Form based on previous email or phone communication with the Participant and submits it to the Participant.

  3. Upon Registration, the Participant is required to pay a registration fee as published on DDC websites at the time of filling out the Registration Form and subsequently confirmed in the Registration Form ("Registration Fee"). The Registration Fee does not include VAT. VAT applicable to the country where the Event is held will be added to the Registration Fee. All discounts are applicable only at the time of filling out the Registration Form, cannot be combined, and are subject to approval by DDC Financial Group. Discounts for group Registrations are valid only for the specified number of attendees in the Registration Form.

  4. The Registration Fee includes access to the Event and materials provided during the Summit. However, it does not cover accommodation, travel expenses to and from the Event location, or any other related expenses.

  5. The Participant must pay the Registration Fee plus applicable VAT based on an invoice issued by DDC Financial Group within ten (10) days of receiving the invoice. Delivery of the invoice via email to the Participant's specified email address in the Registration Form is considered sufficient.

  6. The Registration Fee, including applicable VAT, is considered fully paid when the corresponding amount is credited in full to the bank account specified by DDC Financial Group in the relevant invoice.

  7. DDC Financial Group reserves the right to change the amount of the Registration Fee at any time. However, such changes will not affect Registrations that have already been completed.

  8. The Participant may substitute attendees for the Summit at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to DDC Financial Group.

  9. If the Event is canceled due to a government-mandated travel ban related to the COVID-19 outbreak, the Sponsor/Participant will receive a full refund of all payments made, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. If the Sponsor/Participant cannot attend the event due to company-imposed travel restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company will provide a voucher equivalent to the payment made, valid for any future DDC event of choice (fully transferable, no expiry).

Cancellations made by the Participant to DDC Financial Group twenty-eight (28) days or more before the Event are subject to an administrative fee of €500.00 + VAT per canceled delegate ("Administrative Fee"). The full Registration Fee remains payable, and after payment of the Registration Fee for the canceled Registration, the Participant will receive a credit equal to the Registration Fee amount minus the Administrative Fee. This credit can be used for another Event to be mutually agreed upon with DDC Financial Group within one (1) year from the date of cancellation. Cancellations made by the Participant less than twenty-eight (28) days before the Summit are non-refundable, and the full Registration Fee remains payable. All cancellations must be communicated to DDC Financial Group via email to info@ddc-financial.com.

  1. If DDC Financial Group cancels a Summit for any reason, the Participant will receive either a credit for 100% of the already paid Registration Fee or a refund of the Registration Fee. The credit can be used for another Event to be mutually agreed upon with DDC Financial Group within one (1) year from the date of the canceled Event. DDC Financial Group is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the substitution, alteration, or cancellation/postponement of an Event.

  2. In the event of a postponement of an Event and the Participant or its attendees are unable or unwilling to attend the rescheduled date, the Participant will receive a credit for 100% of the already paid Registration Fee. The Participant must notify DDC Financial Group within five (5) days after being informed about the postponement and the new Summit date to qualify for the credit.

  3. DDC Financial Group shall not be liable for any cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement of the Forum due to a fortuitous event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders the Forum impracticable, illegal, or impossible. A fortuitous event includes but is not limited to war, fire, labor strikes, extreme weather, or other emergencies.

  4. Circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of speakers and/or topics. DDC Financial Group reserves the right to modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary, without any liability to the Participant. Any substitutions or alterations will be promptly updated on the DDC website and printed materials.

  5. Unauthorized photography, recording, or transmission of audio or visual material, data, or information is strictly prohibited. By completing the Registration, the Participant consents to filming, sound recording, and photography during the Event, allowing DDC Financial Group to use such material worldwide for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.

  6. DDC Financial Group acts as the Controller of personal data under Article 6(1)(f) of the EU Regulation 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
